How The Project Incubator Works

The "Explore" stage is the foundational phase of our project incubator model, where we focus on identifying and evaluating high-potential mineral projects. This involves extensive research and due diligence to uncover promising mineral assets with significant growth potential. We leverage geological surveys, technical assessments, and market analyses to pinpoint projects that can offer substantial value in the long run. Once a project has passed the exploration phase, it moves into the "Develop" stage. Here, we focus on advancing the project from discovery to actionable development. This stage involves securing necessary permits, conducting feasibility studies, and raising capital to support the early stages of project development. We work closely with industry experts, technical teams, and partners to ensure the project's viability and scalability. The aim is to refine the technical aspects of the project, secure the necessary infrastructure, and create a clear roadmap for moving toward production. The "Crystallise" stage marks the point at which a project has been advanced internally and is now poised for external capital solutions, making it independent of Power Metal Resources' core shareholder base. At this stage, the project has undergone significant internal development, including technical advancements, resource assessments, and initial infrastructure setup, positioning it for the next phase of growth. Rather than relying on Power Metal’s shareholders for continued funding, we seek external capital partners who can provide the necessary resources to propel the project toward commercialisation. This allows the project to scale efficiently while minimising financial exposure to Power Metal's core business. We retain a significant stake in the project, ensuring that we continue to benefit from its long-term success while leveraging external expertise and investment to drive the project to its full potential. This stage is essential for crystallising value, attracting strategic investors, and positioning the project for future profitability.
