Description

Western Australia

Western Australia’s Paterson Province is widely regarded as one of the most productive regions in Australia for the discovery of world-class gold-copper deposits and is home to several world-class mines and recent discoveries including Rio Tinto’s Winu, Greatland Gold and Newcrest’s Havieron and Newcrest’s Telfer. Despite its significant exploration potential, the Paterson remains largely underexplored. First Development Resources has 100% ownership of three gold-copper projects in the Paterson, its flagship Wallal Project along with the Ripon Hills and Braeside West Projects.

Northern Territory

First Development Resources’ 100% owned Selta Project is located in the Northern Territory in an area considered highly prospective for uranium and REE mineralisation. The Northern Territory has a long history of uranium mining and hosts some of Australia’s best known and high-grade uranium and REE deposits, including ASX listed Arafura Rare Earth’s high-grade world-class Nolans Project. The Selta Project is also considered to be highly prospective for base and precious-metal mineralisation.
